Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and cozy, with coffee and tea facilities. However, there were some noises from the elevator and lobby. The service was friendly and very helpful, especially with tourist information and serving coffee. The location was convenient, close to the Main Street with nice views. The dining was delicious overall, though the coffee had a smoked taste. The facilities were good, and the price was fair for the value provided.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent location, right in the heart of the city with a breathtaking 360-degree view from the top floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering the liberty to cook when needed. However, the noise from the nearby boiler room was a bit bothersome late at night, but it did quiet down after midnight. Despite claiming to be triple occupancy, the room felt tight to even fit our luggage.
Staying on the lower ground floor with access to a shared patio that turns into a charming bistro in the afternoon and evening was a unique experience. The rooms, although in the basement, offered a lovely view of the harbour. However, the uphill walk from the main street San Martin might be a drawback.
